Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi as an Advocate since 1988, he has passed out from St. Xavier’s School, New Delhi and has done his B.A. LL.B. from the Delhi University.
Mr. Vivek Sharma is the Senior Partner of the Firm and is a core member in devising strategies and course of action for the firm’s clients, providing final shape to the drafts in light of applicable laws, judicial precedents and facts of the case.
Mr. Sharma has acted mainly as Defence Counsel in many trials involving serious offences under the Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, Information Technology Act etc. With his vast experience, he strategizes the legal course of action ensuring success in the matters.
Mr. Sharma is one of the key figures of the firm in litigation management and through team effort, co-ordination and streamlining the legal course of action required for the success of the clients, has developed a good team of Associate junior counsels
Mr. Sharma has the privilege of appearing and arguing matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals and Trial Courts.
